1 tsp mangosteen peel powder (or ½ cup fresh mangosteen peel)
½ cup blueberries or acai (fresh or frozen)
Juice of 1 lemon
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp fresh grated ginger
1 cup warm water or unsweetened coconut water
1 tsp raw honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
Dash of turmeric

Blend Method: Add all ingredients to a blender—mangosteen peel, berries, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, and water or coconut water. Blend until smooth.
No-Blender Method: Stir mangosteen powder, cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric into warm water. Let steep 2–3 minutes. Add lemon juice and honey, if using.
For extra fullness, stir in chia seeds and let sit 5 minutes until thickened.
Sip immediately, either warm or over ice. Consume within 24 hours for best taste and potency.
Notes
Add Ginger: Boost digestion with a pinch of freshly grated ginger.
Skip the Honey: For a low-sugar version, simply leave out the honey.
Use Cold Water: In hot weather, swap warm water for cold to create a refreshing drink.
Add Mint: A handful of fresh mint leaves adds a cooling, herbal touch.
Electrolyte Boost: Use unsweetened coconut water for extra hydration and minerals.
