Instructions
Step 1: Gently warm 8 oz filtered water (not boiling).
Step 2: Stir in ¼–½ tsp pink Himalayan salt until dissolved.
Step 3: Add optional ingredients: lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and/or honey.
Step 4: Sip slowly on an empty stomach for best results.
