Ingredients
1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
Juice of ½ lemon (fresh)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
½ tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp chia seeds (let soak 5–10 minutes)
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Optional: drop of stevia or monk fruit (to taste)
Instructions
Add chia seeds to the water or coconut water and let soak for 5–10 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and grated ginger. Add cinnamon if using.
Add a drop of stevia or monk fruit if desired.
Shake or stir thoroughly (or blend for a smoother texture).
Sip slowly, preferably on an empty stomach.
Notes
Add Ginger: Boost digestion with a pinch of freshly grated ginger.
Skip the Sweetener: Leave out stevia/monk fruit for a completely unsweetened version.
Use Coconut Water: For added electrolytes and a subtle natural sweetness.
