1 small red beetroot, peeled

1 large apple (or 2 small apples), cored

12 carrots, peeled

2 celery stalks

½ inch piece of ginger, peeled

½ lemon or lime, juiced

Optional Add-ins:

Cucumber (for hydration)

A few mint leaves

1 tsp honey (if additional sweetness is needed)

Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare the Produce:
Wash and prep all ingredients. Peel beetroot and carrots, core apples, and slice celery and ginger.

Step 2 – Juice the Ingredients:

  • With Juicer: Alternate hard and soft ingredients for smooth juicing.

  • With Blender: Blend all produce with ½ cup water. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.

Step 3 – Add Citrus:
Squeeze in lemon or lime juice. Stir to combine.

 

Step 4 – Serve Immediately:
